Children and Families

Sundays for Children at St Peter’s

Lighthouse Sunday Club

‘Lighthouse’ is our 10.30am Sunday event for children aged 3 and upwards. Everyone is together in church for the first part of our morning service, then children go out to the Lighthouse for their own activities and teaching after a family song usually with actions. On the 2nd and 3rd Sundays we have an all-age service and so the children stay in church and there are no Sunday groups those weeks.

For younger children there is a Crèche room in church, equipped with toys and books. The sound system enables parents to hear the service whilst in the crèche.

Hopscotch @ St Peter's - Parent and toddler group

Hopscotch@St Peters meets in the church hall on Wednesday mornings 9.30-11.30 (term time only). There are fun things to entertain the youngsters and refreshments and friendly chat for the grown ups. All welcome. There is a small charge for this group.
